The present research is about “effect of sunspot on economic variables”. The purpose of this research is to explore, the sunspot factors that affect the economic variables of different countries. The t-test two sample mean is applied to predict the relationship between sunspot and other economic variables that are GDP, interest rate, inflation and net exports. Trend analysis has also been done through line graph to see the variations and fluctuations of sunspot and other variables. The main purpose is to check the relationship between sunspot and economic variables. Secondary data has been collected for the research. Nine countries have been selected for the analysis purpose that are Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Turkey, Israel, China, USA, UK. In each case no economic variable is found to be statistically insignificant except in the case of USA, where in the case of net exports the hypothesis is accepted; which means that two selected series are similar. Altogether it is found that the sunspot patterns are not associated with the economic variables in majority of the cases. Thus, policy makers should focus on real economic variables.
