<br/><br/> The aim of our project is to design and fabricate a computerized PCB drilling machine. Printed circuit board abbreviated as PCB is the most essential part of every assembled electronic circuit. Every electronic circuitry whether it is on small scale or large scale, simple or complex is built on the PCB. All electronic components are mounted on the PCB. Before mounting, PCB is passed through a drilling process. We have designed and developed such a machine that does this drilling process automatically. Computerized PCB drilling machine is a complete mechatronics system. It comprises of mechanical hardware, electronics and control software. It integrates the three technologies. This report contains all the descriptions about the complete mechanical design, electronic design and software design. The mathematical modeling and simulation of the system developed is tried to complete in every aspect. The experimental setup describes the practical implementation of the project on the basis of mathematical modeling. After the complete study of this project, one can design its own machine and can modify as required.
