Development is the key to the survival of a society, and it has so been the primary concern for civilizations for centuries. Historical developments in the face of infrastructure has become the identity of many societies, religion and people as individuals in the world today. Keeping this in mind, construction industry globally has become so dynamic that it has made the function of development through construction more than a primary need, but it is an art. And it has taken so many years to perfect this art by highly sophisticated work practices of major construction companies, that now have set the standards. In today’s world no one less then perfection, as people know very well now that perfection can ultimately and easily be achieved. Keeping this in mind there have been defined globally set of rules, regulations and processes that embody any quality construction project and reject any that does not fulfill them. This research paper highlights the impact of two of the most important factors of the construction industry namely Costs of conformance and Administrative Procedures have on the quality of a construction projects. To support our topic a framework was made which cover different dimensions of both Costs of conformance and Administrative Procedures. A quantitative research was done and questionnaire was floated. The result was measured through SPSS. Further conclusion and recommendations are provided for future research.
