CDSummary: v Abstract In this study the impact of HR practices (performance appraisal, compensation and work design) were tested separately on employee’s performance and also examine the moderating role of organizational culture among the relationship of HR practices and employee performance. After collection of data the study proved that performance appraisal, compensation and work design have positive relationship with employee performance and were accepted and organizational culture does not moderates the relationship between performance appraisal, compensation and work design with employee’s performance.
