In this report the analysis of exhaust gas is investigated based upon the improvement of engine performance, low emissions, cheap production and economic feasibility of fuel in the Pakistani perspective. The rapid increase in the demand for energy has shifted the emphasis from fossil fuels to alternative fuels which are cost effective, cleaner and environmental friendly, easily produced with minimum environmental degradation and hazards from the available raw material and which can efficiently replace the traditional fuels with enhanced results and virtually no design changes. In the second phase of the project the I.C Engine was studied and detail and practical exposure and experience was obtained in the workshop environment. Components which needed modifications were identified and gasoline engine was started on supreme petrol however due to the non-availability of engine test best higher blends could not be performed and the results obtained through simulation could not be verified. Lastly simulation based comparison of different engine fuel parameters was done on the software measuring carbon monoxide & carbon dioxide in a gasoline engine. These results can be verified in future subject to the availability of the test bed
