This research is the comparative study of quantum of social capital in Bahria and Air University. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception differences of both universities in terms of social capital and to measure the impact of group interaction, knowledge, trust, morality and social norms on social capital. As it is a cultural study therefore the relationship of dependent and independent variables are generated after doing a deep literature review of articles and books. Both quantitative and qualitative research was conducted and on the basis of primary and secondary data hypothesis were generated which shows that there is no difference between all the independent variables (group interaction, social norms, trust, morality and knowledge) on dependent variable (social capital) of both universities. Questionnaire was used by the researcher as a data collection tool, random sample of 200 students and faculty members of both universities were surveyed also small interviews of faculty members of Air University were conducted. The final results produced by spss which were correlation and regression analysis showing that in terms of Air university social capital has an inverse relationship with social norms according to the correlation analysis, whereas in regression analysis only group interaction and social norms are highly significant. While in terms of Bahria university social capital has no relationship with morality and in case of regression only group interaction and trust has significant values. This shows that there is a difference between the perceived social capital in both universities in terms of few variables therefore null hypothesis are rejected.
