The effects of monetary and non-monetary incentives on employee work performance

Two independent variables i.e. Monetary incentives and appreciation of work were taken and performance was taken as a dependant variable. A self designed questionnaire was made and 100 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of Warid and Telenor each which yielded the response rate of about 60% from both companies. The method of regression and correlation analysis was employed to verify the hypothesis. There was found a statistically positive and moderately strong relationship between the monetary incentives and appreciation of work on employee work performance. The results are consistent with the past research.
