The workplace spirituality is a new area of research. We have studied three dimensions of workplace spirituality i.e. meaningful work, sense of community & alignment with the organizational values & their role on the school teachers’ job behavior. For this purpose, we conducted a study on how does these three dimensions play their role in school teachers’ job behavior. We studied the literature & findings of earlier researchers. We then designed questionnaire as part of our survey study. After gathering data, we applied statistical tools including regression & correlation. The results depict that meaningful work, sense of community & alignment with the organizational values play a significant role in shaping up the school teachers’ job behavior.
