Summary, etc. | This thesis is intended to find out the major causes of project failure. We have highlighted two major causes here that are Context failure and Indecisiveness. The moderator chosen for the research is communication that shows how its affect can minimize the overall causes of project failure. Research is conducted through survey from the project managers of MRF PAC Kamra. The sample for the research is based upon 150 questionnaires. Various tools of SPSS are used to analyze our results. We have used a binary logistic regression model for our research which shows that our model is fit for the research and the data gathered for this purpose is significant. At the end of this research, one would be able to know the likely and most prevailing causes of project failure and also the ways to reduce them. Also some sound recommendations are provided for the organizations so that they can add some measures into their already existing policies to avoid excess of project failures in the long run. |
