520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of financial incentives and appreciation of work on employee work performance. Two independent variables i.e. Monetary incentives and appreciation of work were taken and performance was taken as a dependant variable. A self designed questionnaire was made and 100 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of Warid and Telenor each which yielded the response rate of about 60% from both companies. The method of regression and correlation analysis was employed to verify the hypothesis. There was found a statistically positive and moderately strong relationship between the monetary incentives and appreciation of work on employee work performance. The results are consistent with the past research.
